Depending on the needs, an ALPHA specialist will assist in specific operations or at a deeper level in the farm routines. If for specific operations, the ALPHA specialist will be on site according to an agreed-upon schedule to assist and supervise the specific operation.

When a Farm Manager Consultant is needed, the ALPHA specialist that best suits the system, the species of fish and the desired output will be deployed on site for day-to-day work. His/her position will be that of Aquaculture Consultant and will assist in all aspects of the production - assessing and instructing as needed with a focus on best aquaculture practices, performance of the system, and training of staff.
