At ALPHA, we can provide the tools and expertise to adapt any production location to the world's international standards and regulations for fish producers (Global GAP, ASC,etc.).
Starting with an internal audit, ALPHA provides a realistic and holistic approach to the subject by regular coaching meetings on site, skype meetings and a step-by-step documentation plan, including regular reports, traceability programs, veterinary and environmental health plans as part of all the needed documentation.

Coaching of key actors for implementation of the program will be included. This is a team effort where everyone is needed, from management to ground forces and including, of course, your ALPHA assistant.
